amazing staff tourist centers stable internet soundproofing absence bathroom isolation breakfast variety
I was thrilled with the location! It is close to so many tourist centers. The staff was amazing and helpful. They did their best to help me with anything I needed. The internet was stable and good!
The room lacked soundproofing. I could clearly hear noise at night. The bathroom lacked isolation from the shower area. The breakfast was the same for the duration of my stay. They ran out of eggs when I asked for one.

surprising value near galata
convenient location attentive staff satisfying breakfast
The location was super convenient. it was a short walk to galata tower. the staff was attentive. They promptly addressed my requests. i found the included breakfast satisfying. the rooftop terrace provided a pleasant space for relaxation.

central location friendly staff room cleanliness
I appreciated the central location a lot It made exploring very easy. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. My room was always kept clean. It was a standard double room. I also used the elevator making access simple.
The room I stayed in was quite small and didn't offer much space for luggage or movement. It was quite a struggle.

The hotel arranged a safe taxi transfer both to and from the airport The staff were very polite and helpful in every interaction. They were always smiling making my stay more pleasant.

The room had air conditioning that worked efficiently, maintaining a comfortable temperature. Storage space was available, great for organization of my belongings. The bed was very comfy. It was easy to fall asleep.

The hotel is around the corner from Istiklal Caddesi, so many shops are nearby. The main sights are only about 3 km away, easily accessible. I found the central location ideal.

Acceptable stay with some issues
loud music poor cleaning
The location was central enough, so getting around wasn't a problem.
The noise at night really bothered me. The bars nearby played loud music until late. My room was small and the shower was not clean. there wasn't any variety in the breakfast options and the cleaning was not good.
